  • Helpful Hints to make your survey more successful.
    • Surveys can be run once or in a variety of time intervals.  Each interval can have a start time and an expiration date at which time clicking on the start survey button will become inoperable.
    • Surveys can be Anonymous meaning that the identity of the person responding to the survey is not available which may increase the survey response rate and the truthfulness of the answers.
    • Experience has shown that offering an incentive such as a small gift card or a drawing may increase the Response Rate.  All incentives are administered by you and will be mentioned in the email.
    • Including a logo may increase the confidence of a respondent and authenticity and increase Response Rate
    • You can receive an email with the results every time a survey is submitted as well as real-time csv or MS Excel summary reports.  maybe emailed or available in their portal.
    • You can define what the content of the email that is sent to the employees that you are trying survey.  Include a Thank you with your name to increase authenticity and Response Rate.
